Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
Processing:
The processing time begins on the date you place your order. Orders placed by the 12 PM cutoff time are usually processed on the same day, while those placed after this time will be processed on the next working day. Once processed, your order will be shipped accordingly. We offer free shipping on orders over £40.

What is the delivery and dispatch process?
- Goods are usually dispatched direct from our own warehouse with processing time on orders is typically within 24 hours (Mon-Fri)
- Orders will be shipped on a tracked shipping service via Royal Mail or DPD.
- Delivery notifications are sent prior to dispatch and on route so you know exactly when to expect your order
- Priority services must be ordered by Midday Monday to Friday
- Items delivered direct from suppliers are not included in standard terms
Please note:
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
